Beta Terms

These short beta terms are a placeholder for TestFlight and private beta use. Full terms will be updated before CarLoop's public launch.
Private Beta Status
CarLoop is currently in private beta. Features, availability, pricing displays, partner tools, booking flows, and support processes may change as the product is tested and prepared for launch.
Marketplace Role
CarLoop connects users with vehicle rental partners. Rental services are provided by partners, not by CarLoop directly, unless clearly stated otherwise in a future final version of the terms.
Bookings and Requests
During beta, renters may browse vehicles, send booking requests, and manage reservations. Partners may manage vehicles and review booking requests. A booking is not final until the relevant confirmation steps shown in the app are completed.
Payments During TestFlight
Payments in TestFlight or staging builds may use test or staging mode. Any payment behavior shown during beta may differ from the final public launch setup.
Beta Use
Use CarLoop beta access only for intended testing, feedback, and legitimate booking-related activity. Do not misuse the app, submit false information, interfere with service operation, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
Future Updates
CarLoop will update these terms before public launch with fuller rules for renters, partners, payments, cancellations, vehicle handoff, support, liability, and other operational details.
